IMPORTANT! If you don’t already have our Classical Tutu Base Pattern, (incl. tutu pants and basque pattern and net cutting guide) you will need to purchase one to complete this project. This is also available in PDF Digital Download for immediate use.
If you are wanting to learn to hand pleat your top rows, please look for our TCS Stacked Rolled Pleat Tutorial in our Books & Patterns Collection. However, this design still looks beautiful when the rows are gathered by machine.
