These tutus have been carefully hand pleated, shaped and tacked to give you THE BEST pull on tutu for rehearsals, exams, competitions, scholarships or class work.

The pants/basque of the Half Tutu/Rehearsal Tutu have been constructed using top quality Recycled Vita Xtra Life Lycra by Eclipse Textiles in a matt shade. See below for features and benefits of this quality fabric. It has a wide elastic waist band to ensure a comfortable fit.

The tutu is made using the same performance grade nylon net that we use in our professional costume tutus to give them a long life. The edges of the the top three rows have been cut into petal shaped scallops to give a lovely soft effect.  The top row has been densely hand pleated which gives the tutu not only a beautiful appearance but also adds to the tutus strength and durability. There are a total of 7 full net rows and 2 butt frills.  The tutu has been gently steamed and shaped, then lightly tacked by hand, with colour matched, waxed, embroidery cotton. Beautiful!
